Where people, process, innovation, and execution collide.

I help leaders and organizations turn ideas and opportunities into action, results, and sustainable growth.

Eddie Oddo, founder of EKO Growth Partners

Operator, coach, and AI adoption guide

Today, as Founder of EKO Growth Partners, I work with business owners, leaders, and teams as a fractional COO and Integrator, leadership coach, and AI adoption trainer and facilitator.

EKO Growth Partners is founder-led and collaborates with a trusted network of experienced coaches, operators, and AI adoption professionals—bringing in additional expertise when it fits each client’s needs.

A significant part of my work is partnering with visionary small-business founders. As businesses grow, founders often find themselves spending more time managing operations and less time doing what created their success in the first place. I step in as the Integrator — translating vision into execution, improving processes, creating accountability, and helping lead the day-to-day so founders can focus more on growth, innovation, relationships, and the future.

My roots are in small business, where early in my career I worked alongside entrepreneurs and learned firsthand how growing companies operate and adapt. I carried that perspective into 17 years at DIRECTV and AT&T, leading growth, product, operations, teams, and P&Ls. That experience taught me powerful lessons about strategy, leadership, execution, and profitability — and equally important lessons about what not to do.

How I help

Fractional COO & Integrator Leadership

Operations, execution, accountability, and profitable growth.

Leadership Coaching

Helping owners and leaders strengthen their effectiveness and turn goals into action.

AI Adoption & Training

Building the skills, confidence, and workflows to put AI to work in practical, human-led ways.

Growth & Transformation

Strategy, sales, process improvement, organizational structure, innovation, and execution.

Human-led AI

As a certified Adaptig trainer, I help teams move beyond AI curiosity and experimentation to confidently integrate AI into everyday work. My approach is human-led: technology creates the most value when it amplifies people's judgment, creativity, experience, and ability to solve problems.

SPARK and SHIFT are Adaptig programs I deliver as a certified trainer. EKO adds its own implementation and operating support around the learning, so new capability lands inside real workflows instead of stopping at the end of a workshop.

Operating philosophy

Just enough process to establish priorities, clarify roles, simplify execution, create accountability, and measure performance — without unnecessary bureaucracy.

How EKO engages

EKO is a boutique practice, working with a small number of founders at a time. Every current and future Integrator engagement includes a meaningful performance-based compensation component, with the measures, baselines, payout mechanics, timing, and safeguards defined for that specific business. The point is shared exposure to whether the work moves the needle — not a promise of any particular outcome.

My goal across all of it is simple: help good businesses and talented people perform at their best — while staying nimble enough to keep evolving.
